The rooms are centrally situated in the Birtinya health precinct, which is surrounded by aged care facilities and other health services, more importantly across the road from the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and less than 180 m away from the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital.

Well-appointed spacious rooms (approx. 30 sqm each) with modern interiors are available at “Pulse Oceanside Medical”. Co-located within the building are radiology and pathology providers as well as multiple medical specialists.

Multi-storey car parking is conveniently located within 100m walking distance, with a major bus stop across the road and lovely eateries and coffee shops located on the ground floor of the building.

We currently have rooms available, on a full-time or sessional basis that would be perfectly suited to specialists, medical or allied healthcare providers who are looking to start up, build up or expand an existing practice.
